A very good midweight merino layer when the Wick isn’t enough. Warm without turning into a bulky traditional thermal. Layering systems work better when the jump between lightweight base layer and insulation isn’t enormous. The Kiln fills that middle space.
Comfortable next to skin.
Warm for its bulk.
Merino makes it practical across repeated hunting days.
