THE TIRE THAT EARNED THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
After roughly 33,000 miles through New England winters, muddy logging roads, beach driving, normal pavement, and plenty of hunting travel, the Wrangler Territory MT has reached the point where I mostly stopped wondering whether the tires could handle what was ahead. That is about as strong an endorsement as I can give a truck tire. They are not especially quiet, and I would not separate their performance from the rest of the AT4X system, but for a truck that genuinely moves between pavement and rough terrain, I have no reason to change them.
Earned confidence across slush, ice, mud, rutted logging roads, beach driving, and normal pavement.
Approximately 33,000 miles of mixed use have not created a meaningful performance concern in my experience.
Road manners remain completely livable for a tire with this much off-pavement intent.
Tradeoff: They make more noise than a pavement-oriented tire, and drivers who rarely leave the road do not need this much traction-focused tire.
