The Center-Drive earns its name by fixing one of the least satisfying parts of most multi-tools: using a tiny offset bit driver like a real screwdriver. The center-axis full-size driver, spring-loaded pliers, outboard blade, and replaceable cutters make it much more useful for truck, camp, and repair work than tools designed primarily around compactness. That full-size functionality also makes it heavier than pocket-first multi-tools.
Best for truck kits, camp repairs, and practical field work where a driver and pliers see real use.
