One of the most useful hunting shirts I own. It basically solves the hot-weather base-layer problem while adding sun protection and a hood without feeling like you’re wearing another layer. A legitimate hunting system starts in warm weather, not just when it gets cold enough to buy interesting jackets.
Excellent breathability.
Hood adds sun and light concealment with almost no penalty.
Merino blend handles repeated use better than an ordinary synthetic workout shirt.
Tradeoff: Lightweight fabric isn't designed to take repeated direct abuse from thorns and heavy brush.
