A very good quiet whitetail outer layer for cool conditions, especially when noise matters more than ultralight weight. It occupies a different lane from the lighter, more active pieces in the First Lite system. Whitetail hunting often asks for the opposite of western hunting gear: less movement, more silence, and more comfort while stationary.
Quiet.
Comfortable for extended sits.
Cuts enough wind and chill to work across a useful part of the season.
Tradeoff: Not built for maximum breathability during hard hiking.
