PACKABLE COMFORT WITH REAL BACK SUPPORT
A premium camp-chair option that makes sense if you actually care about comfort but still need the chair to pack reasonably small. I haven’t personally used it, so I would not frame this as a field-tested recommendation. It represents the upgrade path from basic ultralight seating toward something that supports your back and is genuinely pleasant to sit in.
High-back design should be substantially more comfortable for extended sitting than minimalist chairs.
Packs down far smaller than conventional camp chairs.
Helinox's aluminum-frame approach keeps the chair relatively portable despite the added support.
